Part of the performance, which was initiated by Access Israel in honor of the Worldwide Disability Day, all the parking spots on 4 th street in Tel Aviv were evacuated by Tel Aviv’s city council and in the parking spots were parked wheel chairs with signs that had written on them excuses of handicapped parking offenders
